The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results and statistics will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codestroke and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
